Added new calendar spreadsheet, changed "add calendar" to mailto:,
added "can't see menus" link, new index, new top menu for older
browsers.
Fixed missing paragraph tag on links page, changed facing page (request
for pooch articles), increased size of Salomon logo, switched back to
abbreviated full size sk84kix logo, slightly reworded special announcement
on main page.

Added neon glow article, new photo on front page, rearranged links yet
again, changed size of sk84kix logo, changed order of photos on routes
article, added photos to team oaks articles (2).

Fixed headers on "routes" article, changed script so that instructors
is always first, manufacturers is always second, misc is always
last, and the rest (whatever they turn out to be) are in alphabetical
order.
Moved "search" from top to copyright page to make more room on top
menu. (ATT hasn't gotten search working yet anyway.)
Misc cleanup.
